I am interested in how we learn the meaning of words, how we communicate as social agents, and how search unfolds within our mental lexicon. Research in the lexicon lab uses a combination of traditional and gamified experiments, computational modeling, and psychological theory to study memory, language, reasoning, and complex cognition.
